  • Registration is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Arrive early, check-in, settle in, and get ready to make solid connections and gain valuable intel!

  • Official start time for the Energy Drone & Robotics Summit is at 1:00 pm CT for the keynotes. All attendees, exhibitors & visitors are welcome! Arrive on time to ensure you catch the keynote with Nitin Gupta of Flytbase, when he discusses, How AI, Drones & Robots are Taking Over Energy Operations followed by LiDAR Journey and Lessons Learned with Evergy and the highly anticipated Oil & Gas Asset Owner & Operators Roundtable at 2:15 pm.

  • The Drone & Robotics Operators Forum starts at 10:00 a.m. if you received a special invitation to this unique co-located event. Attendance to this forum only does require a prior invite to be allowed entry.

  • Stroll the Expo to browse our nearly 100 booths, technology, Learning Lab, Demo Zone, and attend the fast-paced Howdy - Welcome Reception! The Expo doors open at 4:00 pm CT and stay open until 7:00 pm CT on Day 1.

There are a few different options for parking at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott or nearby. Complimentary offsite parking is available as space permits, in the Town Center Garage, connected to the hotel via the skywalk:

  • To get to the FREE parking garage - drive on Lake Robbins Dr. past the Marriott and take the first left on Six Pines Drive, the garage is on the right.
