Parking: There are a few different options for parking at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott or nearby. Complimentary offsite parking is available as space permits, in the Town Center Garage, connected to the hotel via the skywalk (to get to this parking garage - drive on Lake Robbins Dr past the Marriott and take the first left on Six Pines Drive, the garage is on the right). Event valet parking is $22 and overnight valet parking is $28. Self-parking overnight in the East Garage is $21.

Travel Information

Please note that George Bush International Airport (IAH) is the closest to the venue. Houston’s two airports, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), are both accessible via shuttles, taxis or ride shares like Uber and Lyft. Directions and details from each airport are included below.

George Bush Intercontinantal Airport (IAH)

When exiting from the airport, head West on N Terminal Rd. Make a slight right onto John F Kennedy Blvd follow for 2.3 miles and make a right onto Hardy Toll Rd (toll road), follow for 2.9 miles. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Woodlands/I-45 and merge onto TX-548 Spur N (toll road) follow for 11.9 miles and merge onto I-45 N follow for 3 miles and take exit 76B to merge onto Woodlands Pkwy. Turn right onto Water Way Ave and the hotel will be on the left.

Distance: Approx 22 miles
Alternative transportation: SuperShuttle for 40 USD (one way, reservation required) or est taxi 75 USD. Uber/Lyft vary based on demand.

William P. Hobby (HOU)

When exiting airport, head southeast toward Hobby Airport Loop. Continue straight onto Hobby Airport loop. Keep right and continue onto Broadway St, follow for 1.1 miles and turn left onto Bellfort St. Turn right onto Telephone Rd. Continue onto Reveille St for 1.8 miles and merge onto I-45 N, follow that for 34.7 miles and take exit 76B to merge onto Woodlands Pkwy. Turn right onto Water Way Ave and the hotel will be on the left.

Distance: Approx 40.4 miles
Alternative transportation: SuperShuttle for 60 USD (one way, reservation required) or est taxi 120 USD. Uber/Lyft vary based on demand.

InnovateEnergy Week 2021 Safety & Health:

The safety and health of our community is important to the entire InnovateENERGY team. We are consistently monitoring the COVID-19 developments, and following CDC, Regional and Local health directives for the upcoming Summit.  

As you can imagine, planning a major conference and expo in the middle of a pandemic hasn't been easy. But against all odds, this year’s Summit is looking to be a great gathering of our industry.

Working with our vendors and venue partners at the Marriott we will have multiple hand cleansing stations, and we will be recommending people observe social distance protocols.  

We are also recommending that attendees should be fully vaccinated, and anyone attending who isn’t fully vaccinated wear a mask, and require anyone who is showing/feeling symptoms of illness to not attend the event.

Our Summit venue, the Marriott Woodlands Waterway has implemented a variety of new protocols and elevated practices, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with our high standards of cleanliness and commitment to providing excellent service.

Given the multiple recent successful events held in our Summit venue,  Houston and around the US in the energy and technology markets, we feel very confident the Summit will take place live in October in Houston, TX, and we hope you can join us.
